At Universal Music Nordic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all vinyl, CDs, and merchandise remain in their factory-sealed shrink wrap.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
